Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all software services and digital subscriptions provided by SortedMAX, including WaxFolder. Please read this carefully before making any purchase.
Software Engineering Services
For custom software development and consulting engagements, refund terms are defined in the individual service agreement or statement of work signed between SortedMAX and the client. Please refer to your specific contract for applicable refund and cancellation conditions.
If you believe there is a billing error or have concerns about a service delivery, contact us at mail@sortedmax.com and we will investigate within 5 business days.
WaxFolder Subscriptions
Monthly Plans: You may cancel your WaxFolder subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the unused portion of a monthly subscription once charged.
Annual Plans: Annual subscriptions may be cancelled within 14 days of the initial purchase for a full refund, provided no significant usage of the paid features has occurred. After 14 days, no refund is issued but you retain access for the remaining subscription period.
Free Tier: WaxFolder's free tier has no charges and therefore no refund policy applies.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or raise a billing dispute, email us at mail@sortedmax.com with your order or subscription details and the reason for your request. We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
