Return & Refund Policy

1. Does SortedMAX accept returns?
SortedMAX does not accept return of consumable goods. Also, with the Non-consumable goods, it is advised to read the product description properly to avoid further customary quality/ procedures.

Replacement : Although, in case of damaged packaging or torn inner packaging, we will make sure to replace your products with fresh ones as all SortedMAX cares about is the well being and happiness of your furballs.

2. How can I return products?
You can reach us at mail@sortedmax.com along with details of your order ID, photo of original invoice and reason for return within 3 days of the purchase of product. Same procedure may be followed for replacement as well. Kindly, make sure that the products remains unused with no further damage for both return and replacement with labels and original receipt intact. You will receive your replacement within 10 days from the date of replacement according to the availability of the said product.

3. How will I get my refund?
You will receive your refund for the purchased products in 5-7 business days in your bank account/SortedMAX wallet as per the SortedMAX Terms and Conditions Policy. We will keep you updated with the status of your replacement, return/refund issues via E-mail/SMS.
